I remember when I saw santa.

Merry Christmas, Joyous Kwanza, Happy Hanukah, & Happy Holidays

Today is the day children wake their parents run to the Christmas tree and un wrap all their presents. When I was a child this was heaven for me. The anticipation of running to the tree, unwrapping my presents, the waiting to touch and feel every toy….This was the day I lived for.

Today I would like to relive my favorite Christmas memories:

1)      I was in the 1st grade. I woke up and I find a Nintendo Entertainment System set up in my family’s living room with a brand new TV for my room. It looked like Santa tested out Super Mario Brothers for me!
Later in my life, I found out Santa was my dad and he was up two hours before me playing my Nintendo.

2)      This super vivid memory of me in bed late at night I look out the window and I see Santa Claus and his 8 tiny reindeer flying saying “Merry Christmas to all and To All a Good Night.” I swear it was real. It was such a vivid and detailed experience. Weather it was my over active imagination, me half asleep dreaming, what ever it sounded and looked real. It made me hold on to the belief that Santa was real for years.

3)      The day I asked my Dad to put my Optimus Prime Stickers on my Transformer for me but he said, ”You can do it yourself.” It was a bad half ass job but it made me feel like a grown up cause I got to fix my  own toys. It also taught me a valuable lesson… learn to read and read the directions that come with the toy.

4)      Playing Santa Claus for the first time at Poko Loko. The torch was passed to me. It was a wonderful experience I enjoy to this day.

Enjoy the holiday, I hope you will be with the people that you love and make more Christmas memories. I’m now going to enjoy playing my new video game on the Nintendo Wii.
