Oh my, I can't wait to watch Family Guy's Take on The Empire Strikes Back. My favorite movie out of the saga is A New Hope but I think the best movie out of all of them is Empire.

I remember when I saw santa.
Merry Christmas, Joyous
Today is the day children wake their parents run to the Christmas tree and un wrap all their presents. When I was a child this was heaven for me. The anticipation of running to the tree, unwrapping my presents, the waiting to touch and feel every toy….This was the day I lived for.
Today I would like to relive my favorite Christmas memories:
1) I was in the 1st grade. I woke up and I find a Nintendo Entertainment System set up in my family’s living room with a brand new TV for my room. It looked like Santa tested out Super Mario Brothers for me!
Later in my life, I found out Santa was my dad and he was up two hours before me playing my Nintendo.
2) This super vivid memory of me in bed late at night I look out the window and I see Santa Claus and his 8 tiny reindeer flying saying “Merry Christmas to all and To All a Good Night.” I swear it was real. It was such a vivid and detailed experience. Weather it was my over active imagination, me half asleep dreaming, what ever it sounded and looked real. It made me hold on to the belief that Santa was real for years.
3) The day I asked my Dad to put my Optimus Prime Stickers on my Transformer for me but he said, ”You can do it yourself.” It was a bad half ass job but it made me feel like a grown up cause I got to fix my own toys. It also taught me a valuable lesson… learn to read and read the directions that come with the toy.
4) Playing Santa Claus for the first time at Poko Loko. The torch was passed to me. It was a wonderful experience I enjoy to this day.
Enjoy the holiday, I hope you will be with the people that you love and make more Christmas memories. I’m now going to enjoy playing my new video game on the Nintendo Wii.

Good Luck to all you Chicago Marathoners!
If you're a first time participant of this wonderful event your in for the time of your life. If you ran the Chicago marathon before or any marathon before you know what I'm talking about.
The thrill of running down the streets of your home town. All your friends and family cheering your on every mile. I'm defiantly jealous of all of you marathoners this Sunday.
I want you, marathon runner, to stay happy. There will be a point in the race were you will be in pain, tired, and will want to rip off the head of the next person that says, "You're almost there." I want you to stay positive, keep a smile on your face and keep pushing.
Someone once told me the story of a little boy named Kegan. Kegan unfortunately lost his life to cancer. His mother addressed my running team and told us he always kept a smile on his face even when he was going through his chemo and radiation therapy. She told us a doctor once asked him how he staid so happy and positive. Kegan replied, "You can be happy or your can be miserable either way the distance is the same."
I took that quote to heart. I tell myself every time I go out for a long endurance training. Imagine how a little boy who is spending his time in hospital can say that. He knew he had a long journey before him and made a conscious effort to stay happy.
You, marathoner, for a few hours you will be in pain. Just remember if you have 20 miles to go or even .2 miles, keep positive, because either way...your still running 26.2 miles no mater what. So stay happy, if you have the energy give me a smile at mile 23 and give me a high five.
Good Luck, and Rock and or Roll!
